Architectural & Design
Plans & Drawings
We can provide a full range of technical architectural drawings from the initial concepts sketches through to detailed design for planning and construction. We have extensive experience in the adaptation and extension of existing buildings, old and new. Using both hand drawn and Autocad drawings we can capture a design solution that meets the needs of the Client and any Regulatory approvals process.
Interior Design and Artwork
Our team includes a qualified interior designer who can develop an internal layout and decorative style that goes well beyond the traditional structural elements to create wonderful living and working environments. The Designer's artistic skills can also be used to create Artist impressions that bring the concepts and drawings to life.
Building Regulations Approval
This covers everything from Structure to Fire Safety to Drainage design. The LSA team has a good understanding of how these requirements can be met with specific construction materials and techniques and can handle the approvals process with either Statutory or Independent Assessors.

We have over 20 years experience in the industry and can provide useful knowledge and skills as part of our collaborative effort with clients.
